Private Cottage / Home Rentals

Available Exclusively to GSC Members & Their Authorized Guests

There are a limited number of cottages/homes on property that are available as a lodging option to members and their guests located at the heart of The Greenbrier Sporting Club.  These homes provide much more of a residential atmosphere than the accommodations at The Greenbrier for those who simply want to get away with family or friends to enjoy The Club.
 

Essentials

These homes are well appointed and include all of the necessary essentials.  All dishes, linens, towels and bathroom amenities are provided, so you will only need to bring personal items. Please keep in mind these accommodations are someone’s private residence, therefore, the services that are included with the rental are limited compared to the array of services available at The Greenbrier.  If you require bell service, turndown or other services during your stay, we recommend you utilize The Greenbrier resort for your visit.  Additionally, since these are private residences, smoking and pets are strictly prohibited.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in time is between the hours of 4:00 and 10:00 PM.
Check-out time on the day of departure is at 12:00 noon.

Housekeeping & Cleaning Fees

Housekeeping is provided once per week (during stays of 5 or more nights) at no additional charge.  More frequent service may be arranged, if needed, for an additional charge.  This must be arranged at least 7 days prior to arrival.  Stays of less than three nights entail a one time housekeeping fee.  The housekeeping fee is based on the number of bedrooms.  Meals are not included in the rental price.
