These homes are centrally located within The Greenbrier Sporting Club and provide a more residential atmosphere compared to traditional accommodations at The Greenbrier. They are ideal for members seeking a more private and relaxed retreat with family or friends while enjoying all that the Club has to offer.

Essentials

The private homes available for rent at The Greenbrier Sporting Club are thoughtfully equipped with all the necessary essentials for a comfortable stay. These include dishes, linens, towels, and bathroom amenities, so you only need to bring your personal items.

Please note that, as these are private residences, the services provided with the rental are more limited than those available at The Greenbrier resort. For additional services, such as bell service, guests are encouraged to utilize the facilities at The Greenbrier.

Additionally, smoking and pets are strictly prohibited within these private homes.

Arrival & Departure

• Check-in time: Between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM
• Check-out time: By 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of departure

Housekeeping & Cleaning Fees

• Housekeeping is provided once per week for stays of 5 or more nights at no additional charge.
• More frequent housekeeping services can be arranged for an additional fee, but must be requested at least 7 days prior to arrival.
• For stays of less than three nights, a one-time housekeeping fee applies.
• Meals are not included in the rental price.
