The big day is finally here!  For the bride, you’ve been dreaming of this day ever since you were old enough to play dress up.  For the groom, you’ve finally found the girl of your dreams.  For all of us at The Greenbrier Sporting Club, we’re here to make the wedding of your dreams come true.  Let us be your host and first step to creating your own legacy together.

Venues

Do you envision a stunning rustic mountaintop ceremony? 
 
Our outdoor amphitheater, located 3,300 feet atop Summit Village, provides the most idyllic setting with breathtaking views of the rolling Allegheny Mountains and resort below.  Maybe your fantasy wedding happens on The Lodge’s event lawn at sunset with the babbling sounds of Howard’s Creek nearby, with your reception in our expansive Lodge.  Receptions in the Lodge afford many options on style and decor, from a formal plated dinner to a rustic dine-around with dancing

Food

The Sporting Club has hosted many weddings, of all shapes and sizes, and can accommodate parties of 200+ comfortably for your ceremony.  Our dining service is also very versatile and can include buffet, plated or dine-around setups.  Whatever your heart desires, we want to make your day as special as you are.

Cakes

Our pastry department has endeavored in many new and exciting cakes and confections over the years.  Whatever the occasion for your event, rehearsal dinner, groom’s cake, wedding cake, keep in mind that we can customize it just for you and your guests.

 

Extras

There are so many moving parts to planning a wedding, sometimes it’s hard to wrangle them all together.  Let us step in and help you book an event photographer or provide lodging accommodations for your guests.  We can even help you arrange for transportation to/from area airports and various events both on and off the property itself.  And if you need help planning activities for your group, we are there with endless options to make sure you deliver memories to last a lifetime.

AVAILABILITY | Private Events will be scheduled and located as to adversely affect the least amount of planned club activities as possible.  Total buyouts of The Lodge or The Summit are only available during times when the venue is already scheduled to be closed.
