Architectural Review Board

The Architectural Review Board Design Guidelines define the development of homesites and architecture of homes at The Greenbrier Sporting Club. The Guidelines discuss the role and procedures of the Architectural Review Board (ARB), the established architectural design philosophy, site planning and landscape criteria, materials, and the size and coverage of improvements.
