Community

Members of The Greenbrier Sporting Club live in distinctive neighborhoods set across the lush 10,000-acre estate of The Greenbrier resort. Neighborhoods consist of fairway, creekside or mountain views, with many enjoying close proximity to the resort and Greenbrier Sporting Club amenities. The Greenbrier Sporting Club is your retreat, your home, and your place to reconnect with the outdoors and your family.

Neighborhoods prominently feature one of two architectural styles, with homes closest to the hotel mirroring its classical Georgian style, while stone and timber homes are situated primarily in the mountains. Each home is reviewed by an Architectural Review Board (ARB) to ensure each design harmonizes with its surroundings, ultimately preserving and enhancing the natural environment for generations to enjoy.
