Kennedy, a Johnson & Wales University graduate, developed her culinary expertise at The Homestead Resort and The Ballantyne Hotel in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she honed her creativity and dedication to hospitality. Her career includes bakery and pastry roles in Blacksburg, Virginia, and Hinton, West Virginia, before returning home to open Tootsie’s Place in White Sulphur Springs, earning acclaim for thoughtful desserts and community engagement. Now joining The Greenbrier Sporting Club, Kennedy brings her exceptional baking talents to members with pastries, cookies, desserts, and custom cakes, all crafted with care and joy. Passionate about mentoring, collaboration, and community, she believes the best moments happen around shared tables, good conversation, and something sweet. Outside the kitchen, she enjoys family, friends, her puppies, coffee, and a good book.
